We have a strong focus on delivering evidence based practices in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology for children, adolescents and young adults. We are a leading provider of support for schools and pride ourselves on delivering individualised services in all environments.
WizeTherapy was established in 2007 and provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services for babies, toddlers, children, adolescents and young adults. At WizeTherapy all sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs. We have a great team of caring professional staff with a passion for working in paediatrics. We work with you (and your child) to develop realistic goals for therapy sessions that maximise functional abilities and enhance quality of life.
Most therapy occurs at our modern and fully equipped practice in Booragoon and we also have an outreach clinic in Lesmurdie. We can provide services in any environments where you or your child participate in daily activities such as home, school, day care or other community settings if required, such as scouts, gymnastics, or work settings, etc.

WizeTherapy employs skilled clinicians who use a transdisciplinary approach to work with families. A transdisciplinary team involves therapists and family members working together collaboratively.
This approach incorporates a high level of communication as all members work towards a set of common goals that direct intervention. The transdisciplinary team model is seen as a family friendly approach operating within a family centred model of service provision. This enables the team to provide a truly comprehensive service that is tailored specifically to the unique and individual needs of the child and their family.
Families are always members of the team and are respected and valued as equal members. It is important to know that the family is always the final decision maker.

WizeTherapy’s mission is to support and promote development, achievement and participation for children, adolescents and young adults. We aim to do this by:
- working together with clients and families in a way that best meets their individual needs;
- offering high quality, evidence based contemporary therapy services; and
- undertaking training and research activities that supports the community in providing opportunities for all children, adolescents and young adults.
Private fee-paying clients can access WizeTherapy’s services without a medical referral. However, if you have a referral from a health professional or medical practitioner please bring this to your appointment.
Clients eligible for Medicare funding/rebates under a Medicare plan must provide a Medicare referral for allied health treatment.
